Call for Papers: 24th Philippine Computing Science Congress

The 24th Philippine Computing Science Congress is organized by the Computing Society of the Philippines to enable local and neighboring computing educators, researchers, information and communications technology (ICT) professionals, and students to interact and to share their work in computing, computer science, computational science, and ICT. The conference features special lectures by prominent researchers and educators and contributed papers in ICT, computing, computer science, computational science, and related disciplines.


Paper Submission

Papers should use the prescribed PCSC 2024 template and have a minimum of 6 pages and maximum of 8 pages, including references.

This conference uses double-blind peer review. To prepare the blinded manuscript, here are the guidelines:

  1. Name and affiliation of the Authors must be removed from the submitted manuscript.
  2. Remove any citation and references that contain the Authors. Use [Anonymous, 2008] in citing the work of the Authors. For blinding the reference list, write '[Anonymous 2008] Details omitted for double-blind reviewing.'
  3. Do not include acknowledgment and funding sources.

Submitted papers must be original, and not submitted concurrently to a journal or another conference/symposium. Each submitted paper will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers and must get an average positive rating for inclusion in the conference program and proceedings.

PCSC 2024 will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under review for or has already been published or accepted for publication in a journal or another conference. Authors are also required not to submit their papers elsewhere during PCSC 2024 review period.


Student Research Workshop

The PCSC 2024 Student Research Workshop invites students at various stages of their research to present their work and receive mentorship and feedback from the research community. This is also an opportunity to present exciting contributions that showcase innovative technologies and detail preliminary experiments that foster discussions to provoke new ideas to emerge.
